The trail starts near the bike shop "Friendy Bicycle" which is locted some hundred meters from the ferry pier. The owner Jacky can help you to find the start of the trail.
The trail has some technical sections, which you can walk if you feel uncomfortable to ride.
In summer you nee3d to take in consideration the hot and humid weather as you need to take plenty of water with you.
During the ride there is a small private house shop which sell some drink and water.
The bike shop also rent MTB bikes from entry level to mid level bikes.
